We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

3. Product Appearance and Characteristics

We photograph and describe our handbags with care. However, the actual colour, shade, texture, finish, or appearance of a product may vary slightly depending on your device screen, display settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

Minor variations in texture, stitching, grain, finish, hardware, or colour may occur between individual pieces and are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.

Some handbags may be made from synthetic leather, vegan leather, fabric, suede-like materials, canvas, or other materials as specified on the individual product page. Each material may naturally have its own characteristics and care requirements.
